Oasis?

Fort St. John, British Columbia

We're 2 days behind schedule so far. There's something wrong with the van-- we don't know what. We've been up the road a piece but with the van unwilling to climb hills, it's not worth the risk to go on. Today is Thursday.

The wedding's next Saturday.

Oh God, please don't let it take that long to get there.

Would you all pray with me that the car gets fixed in the morning and that we can get back on the road. We'll already be late to Juneau, but we've got to get to the wedding.

Patty, do you have the van at a shop? If not there are a couple of things you can check. Losing power on a hill climb can mean a number of things. We are praying for the best here that it isn't anything major like the engine or tranny. Check the fuel system. Lines, filter, etc...a piece of gunk in your filter can do that.
If you hear an engine rod banging as you go uphill you can be pretty sure the engine is toast. A 4 cyl. CAN run on 3, just not very well or fast. If all else fails & you arent getting answers, have your dad call my John at our shop today 1-800-456-9645 & see if he cant help via phone...... I'll do my part by praying!
